How To Get The Best Results
Apply strips to dry teeth. If you've just brushed, wait 10–15 minutes before applying to allow saliva levels to settle.
Avoid dark-pigmented foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, tomato-based sauces) for 30 minutes after each treatment. This is the period of maximum enamel openness.
For coffee drinkers: use a straw during your whitening course. It sounds minor. It makes a meaningful difference to how long your results hold.

If it doesn't have peroxide, how can it actually whiten as well as traditional strips?
This is the most important question you can ask, and it deserves a straight answer.
Traditional peroxide whitens teeth through a brute-force chemical reaction that releases free radicals — unstable molecules that attack everything in their path, including the nerve layer beneath your enamel. That's what causes the nerve pain. It works, but it works by causing collateral damage.
PAP whitens through a fundamentally different mechanism. It directly oxidises the chromophore bonds inside organic stain molecules (the specific molecular structures that give coffee, tea, and wine their dark pigment) without releasing free radicals. It targets the stain. Only the stain.
This is why it was originally engineered for fine fabric — you need to remove the pigment without degrading the underlying structure.
The results are clinically equivalent to 6% hydrogen peroxide after 14 days. The pain profile is not.
I have naturally sensitive teeth — will this still hurt me?

Is this safe to use with Invisalign attachments or crowns?
PAP is safe to use around dental restorations, including crowns, veneers, and bonding. It will not bleach the material of the restoration itself (restorations don't respond to any whitening agent) — but it will lighten the natural teeth around them, which can create a mismatch if the restoration was colour-matched to pre-whitening teeth. If your restorations were placed after your last whitening treatment, this likely won't be an issue.
If you have Invisalign attachments, the adhesive buttons on your teeth can make full strip contact slightly uneven in those areas. This is a limitation of any strip product — it's not PAP-specific. The rest of your smile will still whiten normally.
